The Anviz EP30 is a next-generation IP-based access control terminal that combines advanced biometric technology with user-friendly features. Equipped with a high-speed Linux-based 1GHz CPU and the latest BioNANO® fingerprint algorithm, it ensures rapid identification in less than 0.5 seconds, even with a database of up to 3,000 fingerprints. The device also supports 3,000 card entries and can store up to 50,000 log records, making it suitable for small to medium-sized enterprises. Its 2.4-inch TFT-LCD color screen provides a clear and intuitive interface, while the physical keypad enhances user experience. Standard communication options include TCP/IP and RS485, with optional Wi-Fi functionality for flexible installation. The EP30 features multiple interfaces such as Wiegand in/out, relay out, exit button, and doorbell connections, facilitating seamless integration with various access control systems. Additionally, the built-in web server allows for easy self-management, and compatibility with Anviz’s CrossChex Cloud platform enables remote access and management. Designed to operate in temperatures ranging from -25°C to 70°C and humidity levels of 10% to 90%, the EP30 is built to perform reliably in diverse environmental conditions.

Warranty Period:
This device is covered by a 1-year limited warranty, starting from the date of shipment to the customer.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal usage conditions. If the device malfunctions due to a defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the unit free of charge.

Warranty Claim Requirements

To be eligible for a warranty claim:

  1. No physical damage to the device (e.g., cracks, dents, water damage, burns, or signs of tampering).
  2. The original box, accessories, and inclusions (cables, adapters, user manual) must be in good condition.
  3. The device must be brought in for inspection. Clients who opt to ship the device must shoulder all shipping costs.
  4. Proof of purchase or delivery must be presented to verify the warranty period.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to accidents, misuse, abuse, or improper installation
  • Damage from power surges, electrical faults, or acts of nature
  • Software-related issues, firmware updates, or compatibility with third-party systems
  • Any unauthorized repair, tampering, or modification
  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, or fading

How to Claim Warranty

  1. Contact our customer support and report the issue.
  2. Provide the serial number, proof of shipment/purchase, and a detailed description of the problem.
  3. Bring the device to our service center or ship it (shipping to be paid by the client).
  4. Our technicians will inspect and verify the issue. If it’s covered under warranty, we’ll proceed with repair or replacement.

Important Notes

  • Replacement or repair does not extend or renew the original warranty period.
  • If the issue is not covered under warranty, a quote will be provided before any repair is carried out.
  • We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet warranty conditions.
